Appointed receiver to manage and operate a restaurant in connection with a partner dispute. Responsibilities included day-to-day operational oversight, financial controls, vendor and staffing management, and coordination with the parties to stabilize the business during litigation.

Oakland County Circuit Court – Appointed August 26, 2021
Appointed receiver to operate and manage businesses and related real estate in connection with shareholder disputes. Duties included oversight of business operations, asset management, financial reporting, and preservation of value pending court direction.

Hussein Baydoun and Rabih Baydoun v. Mr. Suds Auto Wash and Orlando Perez

Wayne County Circuit Court – Appointed June 7, 2019
Served as receiver to manage and operate an automotive car wash business during a shareholder dispute. Responsibilities included operational management, employee oversight, financial controls, and maintenance of business continuity under court supervision.
