Appointed receiver to manage and liquidate a well-known, high-value celebrity lakefront estate located in Grosse Pointe. Responsibilities included securing and maintaining the property, preserving asset value, coordinating with brokers and professionals, and completing the court-approved sale.
Alexander Knight v. Lansing Building Real Estate, LLC
Wayne County Circuit Court – Appointed March 25, 2021
Appointed receiver to manage and oversee the rehabilitation of apartment properties. Duties included supervision of renovation work, coordination with contractors, budget oversight, stabilization of operations, and reporting to the court.
