Kent County Circuit Court – Appointed June 27, 2024
Appointed receiver to manage a licensed cannabis operation and conduct the court-approved sale of the business. Responsibilities included operational oversight, regulatory compliance, asset preservation, coordination with license holders and regulators, and execution of the sale pursuant to court direction.
Union Bank v. Windsor Township OG, LLC, et al.
Jackson County Circuit Court – Appointed June 10, 2024
Appointed receiver to manage a substantial cannabis cultivation and processing facility situated on approximately 17 acres. Duties included oversight of cultivation and processing operations, maintenance of regulatory compliance, asset security, and reporting to the court and interested parties.

Eaton County Circuit Court – Appointed April 10, 2023
Served as receiver to manage a cannabis operation and effectuate the sale of the business and related assets under court supervision. Responsibilities included stabilization of operations, preservation of asset value, coordination with prospective purchasers, and compliance with regulatory requirements governing the transfer of cannabis assets.

Washtenaw County Circuit Court – Appointed November 21, 2022
Appointed receiver to manage a cannabis operation and conduct a court-approved sale to satisfy a judgment creditor. Duties included operational management, regulatory compliance, coordination with creditors and license stakeholders, and completion of the sale in accordance with court orders.
