The Receiver has been entrusted by state courts to operate ongoing businesses, preserve and liquidate assets, oversee construction activities, and report regularly to the court and interested parties.

Adams County District Court, Colorado – Appointed September 16, 2025
Appointed as receiver to manage and operate a large trucking and tractor repair facility. Responsibilities include day-to-day operational oversight, preservation of business assets, financial controls, coordination with employees and vendors, and compliance with court orders.
The Huntington National Bank v. C & J Trucking, Inc., et al.
Macomb County Circuit Court – Appointed November 28, 2022
Appointed to manage and liquidate the assets of a trucking company and associated scrap yard. Duties included securing and valuing assets, developing and executing liquidation strategies, coordinating with secured creditors, and providing detailed reporting to the court.

Wayne County Circuit Court – Appointed March 25, 2021
Served as court-appointed receiver to manage and operate an automotive oil change facility. Oversaw daily business operations, financial management, vendor relationships, and continuity of operations during the pendency of litigation.
Huntington National Bank v. Harper Retail, LLC
Oakland County Circuit Court – Appointed February 1, 2019
Appointed receiver to manage real property and related assets, oversee construction activities, and facilitate the marketing and sale of property. Responsibilities included asset preservation, contractor coordination, disposition of assets, and final accounting to the court.
